The big question is why do most/all of these charge controller apps force you to allow them to see your GPS location and photos? I hate user agreements that require more private info than they really need or you can't use the product you already paid for.

The tongue weight in the lances documents is dry weight. Dry weight means no batteries, no propane tanks and no water/waste in the tanks. The dry tongue weight of our 2021 2185 was spot on at 755 lbs. The picture in your video of a tire replacement appears to show the technician lifting the trailer by putting the jack on the axle. Placing the jack on the Dexter axle will bend it every time. The lifting location is behind the dual axles on the frame. The only issue we have had with our 2185 has been the propane o rings in the stove top and a sticky slide out. The slide out was my issue by not properly lubrication. I was not applying lubrication in the correct area.

Love our BT7 and we added the side cameras. Big addition!!!!!!!!! Touch screen looks awesome might have to upgrade down the road..

Great job on the video. I recently weighed our truck and TT found out that we were within 60# of max on the rear axle. I could transfer some of that to front axle with the WD hitch if needed. Our current 22’ TT is about max for our current 1/2 ton. Without going to the scales there is no way of knowing the numbers and where the setup is at. The truck and trailer tow great so it was a surprise to see the numbers from the scale.

We miss our Haloview system we had on old rv. We bought a new 5th wheel and I wanted to get another but my work gave me free back up camera that we have on the company truck. There not as nice as the Haloview but a free one beats not having none.

That's something that we're going to be needing with our new travel trailer. I'll have to check it out. I'm sure if you like it, I'll like it too. Thanks for the video!

We have the non-touch version and love it. I did buy the side view cameras but don’t really use them. Btw we have a 33 foot 5th wheel as well. None of the other cameras we looked at came close to the picture quality.

You can use Dewalt batteries as well. I use a dewalt 60 volt battery on mine and it last almost 5 hours on that one 60 volt battery.

Is road trippers the app or Togo rv?

I'm wondering if besides topping off have you drained and refilled fluid yourself? Wondering if that is possible to do by oneself. And could you show us how. Thanks

Pick up our Avenue 29RL next week and have some questions. We have a 2024 GMC 2500 diesel and have not chosen our hitch. Leaning towards the Anderson ultimate. Do you like your hitch? Would you buy the same hitch today? Is there more clearance between the truck rails and fifth wheel on the 29RL than the 22ML? How sharp of turn can you achieve with your setup? Thanks, Len C

Good job explaining your weights, but you added your pin weight twice. the pin weight is added to the truck only, as seen on your weight ticket no need to also add it to the trailer weight as the trailer axels are not carrying that load, when you scale your only looking at what weight is on the axels

looks good but don't see any fusing either at each battery or in the main to the lynx. even batteries can short out and the battery next to it will keep feeding it and melt down

Great information. We have not done this yet and should. We have a 2022 GMC 2500 gas truck. Pull a Torque T26 TT toy hauler. It’s about 7900 dry weight. We carry an electric golf cart. The truck does a great job especially paired with the Propride 3P hitch ( no sway at all). Happy Travels!

Good Information.... The tongue weights on Travel Trailers vary from what RV Manufactures state on their websites by up to 100 lbs. - 700 lbs. - So, people can expect the same for 5th Wheels especially if it is a Toy Hauler. Happy Camping.

Lance 2020 owner here - biggest purchase regret I’ve ever had. Let’s talk about issues: APPLIANCES SUCK!!!!! Recall of oven doesn’t include when the oven parts actually melt. Lance takes no responsibility for that and Durand says that’s not under warranty. Door of refrigerator fell off while we were driving. Auto screen door we took off because we were getting locked in. Sliding outside drawer no longer slides out. Leaking windows, bathroom door you have to lift to open and if you lock it, no way your getting out. The decorative things above windows fell off. And of course the biggest is the slider, which is now at RV world waiting on as part so that it will slide for the past3 months. “We do a lot of these, as soon as we get the part we’ll get it to you the next day.” I wish there was a lemon law for RV. This lance is beyond lemon. This is a rotting lemon… can’t wait for the axel problem this guy has🤬

When backing, if you put your hand at the BOTTOM of the steering wheel, you can then turn it the direction you want the trailer to go.
